- When lying down and getting up in bed, practice leaning on one side and leaning on your hands while lying down and getting up. Sit in a chair with back support and your spine straight.
- Cook standing or sitting in a chair.
- Keep your body weight under control.
- When climbing stairs, hold the handrail and climb slowly. Bathe in the shower or sit on a chair.
